ive actually heard that for youngsters that eating their own boogers is good for their digestive tract due to the tiny particles and bacteria that the body must become immune to... but i don't know if that's part of n e formal research... but all in all i wouldn't suggest eating ur boogies if u wer thinking about it... its not a very attractive habit haha
