Judaism is the name of the religion of the descendants of the Isralite tribe of Judah; Jewish is a word used to describe somebody or something having to do with the religion. The name also refers to descendants of the tribe of Judah. Judah is an anglisized version of the original Hebrew name Yehudah from which we derive the words Yiddish (the native European language spoken by Jews) and the words Yidden or Yehudim which refers, in the Yiddish language, to Jewish people.

Judaism is a noun meaning the religion, whereas Jewish is an adjective describing things to do with the religion or the people who adhere to it. Jews are not defined exclusively by their religion, but also by their heritage and lineage, as people are still thought of as being Jewish if they neither practice nor adhere to the religion, so long as their ancestors were Jewish.

No. Reform Judaism is a specific Jewish movement.
