No, they only get together (one assumes) in the battle of hogwarts in the 7th book when Hermione kisses Ron because he was kind to house elves, by stating how they were still in danger and didn't deserve to be. In the half blood prince, Ron dates Lavender Brown, but only to make Hermione jealous and to prove that he can kiss anyone he wants.
