All the cast members have had their contracts for season 8 renewed. Cote and Mark Harmen's contracts are the same from season 6 and 7 but the rest of the cast had to get theirs renewed.
This has all been completed and it can definiately be said that ALL cast members are returning next season

∙ 10y agoNo, she is not coming back to the 2014 season of NCIS. She was part of the first couple of episodes where the story was closed off as if she went to Israel and stayed back. After that, she hasnt been in any of the episodes
