The question doesn't make too much sense as Asian and black are totally two different kinds of descriptions. One being location, the other color of someones skin. Bangladesh is a country in Asia (next to India). Bangladeshis are considered to be Asian. And by black, do you mean African black? If so, then the answer is no, bangladeshis are not considered to be black. However there are dark skinned Bangladeshi people that live in Bangladesh.

No. She was adopted from Bangladesh, which makes her racially South Asian and not Black. This is a common misconception for some reason and must be cleared up. Yes she does have dark skin as do many Bangladeshis, but there are many Bangladeshis who are also as white as snow, they are very diverse in their looks. However, they are all ethnically Bengali and the same race. Just like how Eskimos, Mexicans, Indonesians, Philipinos aren't considered black even though they have dark skin, Bangladeshis are also not considered black. The hair texture, bone structure and facial features are different, Asians are genetically completely different, regardless of skin color.

It is difficult to see how an Asian and a Caucasian could have children considered black.

Asian Indians (people from India) are considered Brown. Native Americans/American Indians are considered Red.
