It is possible, if the dog is "violent" or not taught well, chances of that happening will be greater.

For many dogs, it is in their nature to kill a small animal such as guinea pig.

A well trained dog will not hurt a guinea pig, particularly if it is a breed meant for herding rather than hunting, such as a border collie.

It is unwise, however, to leave the two together unsupervised - just in case.

it is better if you could introduce the guinea pig when the dogs a puppie my dog is a mixed breed about 25lbs so he is much bigger than my pig but they love each other

No,Guinea pigs should only be fed food that are specially made for them.Guinea Pig pellets are available,you should only give them those pellets.
