The above answer is not quite correct.
Fundamentally, there is not difference between human and animal cells. Humans are animals, so our cells are the same as theirs eg have a nucleus, cytoplasm and membrane.
However the combination of genes in our cells are unique to humans, just as each type of animal (and plant!) has its own unique combination of genes. Just remember that we share many of our genes with other animals (and even some with plants), so we are not totally unique.
Human and animal cells contain many of the same types of internal and external components: for example, a nucleus with nucleic acids and many of the same gene and protein families; endoplasmic reticulum; mitochondria; Golgi bodies etc.
this ithe diffence between a cell and bacteria i bacteria is bad and cells are good and grow
Human cells and animal cells may have a very slight difference but they are similar in most ways. Humans are classified as animals and thus have an animal cell.
Well... Human beings are animals, so you cannot really compare human cells to animal cells.
But it's just the difference of DNA sequencing among different animals
Yes. We have different types of cells, such as blood, skin, muscle cells, etc. But we all have the same organelles in our cells
the colours of the skin is different of some animals
The is no real difference.
humans are in fact animals, so no. but there are many types of animal cells.
Aside from different DNA, there isn't really much of a difference between animal cells and human cells. Human cells are an example of an animal cell.
Onion or other plant cells have a cell wall, chloroplasts. and vacuoles. Human or animal cells do not have a cell wall, just a plasma membrane, a flagella for locomotion, and no chloroplasts.
Only a legal definition, the fact is that we are animals.
they have cells and the cells can be in a animal body or it can be in a human body.
Yes and so do human cells

It depends on what kind of animal it is. If it is an amphibian, the red blood cells will have a nucleus. Human red blood cells do not have nuclei.

a human cells have DNA and bacteria has plasmid
The difference is that human cells are made up of all different things but a computer cell is found on a circuit board.
No to all of the above. Plant and animal cells do not have the same shape. Plant cells have chloroplasts. Animal cells do not. Plants have a cell wall. Animal cells have a cell membrane. However there is one atom difference between a plant's chlorophyl and a human's hemoglobin. 53% of the DNA in a human and a banana tree is the same. Similarities exist.
protist cells have membranes, skin cells have walls

Human and animal cells have the same basic structures, yet human cells usually have different jobs pertaining only to that particular cell.
