Are humans plantigrades or digitigrade?
Humans are plantigrade. We walk on our feet, rather than our toes, but of course it's possible to behave in a digitigrade manner if you're a ballet dancer...
If you mean feet that rest flat on the ground as opposed to on the toes (as seen in dogs) the term you're looking for is plantigrade. Humans, bears and raccoons have plantigrade feet, since they walk on the soles of their feet, wearas dogs and cats are digitigrade because they walk on their toes (digits.)
A human skeleton has no tail, and stands completely vertically. Dinosaurs had a tail and those that were bipedal held their bodies horizontal to the ground. Humans do not have snouts, and we have much longer arms in proportion to our bodies than dinosaurs; we also have five fingers (more than almost any dinosaur) and more freedom of hand movement than any dinosaur. We also walk plantigrade, while dinosaurs walked digitigrade.
