No. Paul was pretty explicit that gentile converts to Christianity are not obligated by Jewish law (circumcision, the laws of kashrut, etc.). The Jerusalem church, on the other hand, was clearly composed of observant Jews who continued to keep the law of the Torah and were considered to be Jews by the larger Jewish community. This picture is consistent with some of the prophetic visions of a messianic age when all the nations will worship God (Zechariah 14, for example); this prophesy is not that all will become Jews, but rather, that all will come to God.
