No. I think that you can't have cancer that was made from a mole it disn't make sence that you can have cancer from a mole.

Some moles can be a sign of skin cancer, but before you get yourself too scared go to the doctors and check it out. It could just be and ordinary mole, but check it out just to be safe :)
