On Pluto, the large moon Charon, just 17,000 km overhead, would appear nearly twice the size of our moon on Earth. However, Pluto and Charon are "tidally locked" so that each keeps the same face towad the other as they co-rotate. So Charon is only visible from one side of Pluto, and only that same side of Pluto is visible from Charon. The other four Pluto moons would be difficult to see without a telescope, since they are small and orbiting three and four times as distant.

Yes, though they're much smaller and dimmer than the Moon appears from Earth. Phobos appears about a third as large as the Moon does from Earth, and Deimos (only about half the diameter of Phobos, and more than twice as far away) looks more like a bright star (about like Venus does from Earth).

Also, from the polar regions of Mars, the moons can't be seen at all; they're so close to the planet that once you get far enough away from the equator they never rise above the horizon. Phobos is visible up to about 70 degrees latitude, and Deimos up to about 83 degrees.
