Any dog can be aggresive if not brought up right. As pitballs were first origanally bred for fighting, the fighting instinct can be brought in them if someone trains them to fight. But if brought up and raised well they can be loving dogs to the right family.

∙ 12y agoPit bulls are not naturally aggressive. But, i am not saying that all pit bulls are super nice and loving. People train these dogs to be like that. Yeah people might say that even if the dog hasn't been trained to fight, they still do. That is probably because one of the pup's ancestors or relatives did. I read somewhere once: "No human is born evil. They become evil. No animal is born evil. They become evil." It is true. If people never trained these normally loving dogs to fight, they wouldn't.

∙ 14y agoNo they become mean and angry because the owner whipped, beat up, and yelled at the dog. >=( But if you treat them right they will be nice and a subtle dog that will really protect you. =D
