No, they are not always the same. Even for the same person. With my son, I did not start seeing any symptoms, besides a missed period until I was over two months along, and then I only had them for less than 4 weeks, the breast tenderness did not come on until about 4 or 5 months. Now, I am only two weeks late for my period, and have already been having symptoms for two weeks, slight cramps, breast tenderness, nausea. Also, I have insomnia this time, last time I could sleep all night.

No. Some women will experience severe symptoms and others will experience very few. The most common symptoms of pregnancy will usually appear anywhere from the first week of your expected period to 1-2 weeks after your first week of expected period. Your first signs of pregnancy most commonly include missed period, tender/swollen breasts, change in color of the breasts, fatigue, nausea/vomiting, increased sense of smell, and weight gain. Symptoms may vary from pregnancy to pregnancy. Even in the same woman, symptoms may be different in subsequent pregnancies.

Is a lack of your normal PMS symptoms a sign of pregnancy?

Possibly, but I wouldn't use that as the only symptom. Take a test or go see a doctor to be sure. In my experience, yes. I wasn't as crabby, although had the usual fatigue. Also my breasts didnt get lumpy like they usually do, just a little sore.
