No. Disney has banned selfie sticks at all Disney theme parks, including Walt Disney World. I'm sure they're not scanning the suitcases of guests to make sure that people don't have them in the hotels at Disney World, but as far as the parks are concerned ... no, they're not allowed.
None of the Disney parks even allow selfie sticks in the park, so no, you can't buy one there. You MAY be able to buy them outside the park in, e.g., the hotel gift shop, but since you won't be allowed to take it into the park, there's little point in doing so.
You can have anything that would not be a concern to the security guards. When you enter the park you must have your bags checked so nothing like weapons. Anything else is pretty much allowed.
