A womans cervix changes while her body is going through ovulation, period, progesterone cycles and vaginal discharge. I wouldn't rely on the cervix as being a indication of pregnancy. Do a pregnancy test.
A purple/blue hue to the vagina and cervix can be a sign of pregnancy - it's known as Chadwick sign. Usually by the time this has taken place, an over the counter pregnancy test will be positive because the color change is due to an increased blood flow to the uterus.
As with any body change, evaluation by licensed health-care provider is advised!
For me it was during each pregnancy, BUT every woman is different.
The cervix is normal up until around the time of labor.
I am 5 months and mine is really soft and mushy and REALLY high. So I guess the answer is probably yes.
I just found out im pregnant and I have had very tender cervix.

when the uterine body and cervix can easily be flexed against one another
Ballottement indicates an increase of fluid over the patella at the knee joint - this has more to do with an injury or infection and nothing to do with pregnancy. Braxton Hicks or practice contractions are uterine contractions not usually felt until the second trimester or third trimester of pregnancy - the only cause of Braxton Hicks is pregnancy. Chadwick's sign is a bluish discoloration of the cervix, vagina, and labia caused by the hormone estrogen, its presence is an early sign of pregnancy. Goodell's Sign is a softening of the cervix and vagina - an indication of pregnancy. Hegar's sign is a softening at the cervix (lower end) and the fundus (top of) the uterus - an indication of pregnancy. While similar conditions may have alternative causes - Braxton Hick's, Chadwick's, Goodell's and Hegar's are all found in pregnancy.
Your cervix does not grow during pregnancy but the uterus does.
wait it out. a missed period is the best sign of pregnancy. take the test a week or two after your scheduled period, depending on how regular you are.
You could be pregnant , usually after Ovulation your cervix is low hard ,and closed, but with pregnancy it's high soft ,and closed, and your having some pregnancy symptoms too, after you miss your period I would take a pregnancy test. hope this helped
It means that you are beginning labor and you could have the baby at any time.
