you can not buy games from psn in Pakistan because pakistaan is not registered in psn storre and there is one way that if ur cousin or brother lives in uk or someother country which is in psn you should get his/her credit card and home adress and then u can buy games but only if u have registered that country on your psn account : my opinion :P
