Are the Arab people Native American?
No. Native Americans originated in America, and Arabs in the Middle East.
Note Mexican is a nationality, not a race or ethnic group. Actually, Mexican people can have several ethnicities, such as white, Native American, a mix known as "mestizo" and even Arab or Asian. Most Mexican people is already mestizo, or a mix of European and Native American. So the ethnicity would be 3/4 Native American, 1/4 European of Spanish ancestry.
There are MANY Native American languages, not just one. So you would need to ask for your translation in one particular Native American language, not just in "Native American." There can be none or they can be almost from different worlds. You are using a label - "Arab" - that has no one meaning, it does not indicate religion, nationality, way of life, or anything in particular beyond the fact that the person ethnically derives from people native to a certain geographic area.
If every native American living today were 100% pure blood native American the answer would be extremely simple to calculate from census returns. But life isn't simple and there are people living in Canada and the USA today who may have 1/384 part of their ancestry (or even less) as native American and 383 parts White, some who are not even aware they have part-native ancestry, some who claim to be native American or First…
