Yes. As long as the tuning is the same. EADGBE is standard tuning on both electric and classical guitar, but there are varities on this. Follow the link in the related links section to teach yourself the position of different notes on the guitar & also to learn more scales & modes.
Well the Electric Guitar can be considered a subcategory of the term guitar. Guitar could refer to an acoustic guitar or an electric guitar, so guitar and electric guitar are not necessarily the same thing.
No.
Different pickups change the sound, and if the neck is bolted on (Fender Stratocaster) the tone won't be as smooth as a guitar that has a glued on neck (Gibson Les Paul). Bolt-on guitar necks do not produce as much sustain as necks that are glued on. There are also volume and tone controls and the pickup selector, which can all be used to change the sound of a guitar.
Hope this helps :)
I cannot stress this enough when I say absolutely NO, yet I can easily say YES as well with slightly less conviction. There are so many variations of configurations, hardware and adjustments that can dramatically change the sound of an electric guitar. Although, there are certain ways you can achieve a particular sound by following examples of hardware configurations and using certain effects.
No. The bass has 4 strings and the electric guitar has 6 strings.
Absolutely. Only the amplification is different.
Are all women the same?
jes!
Every note is on an electric guitar, they happen to be the same notes as on any other guitar, and they are all over the fretboard. Low E,A,D,G,B,E
angel guess this it
The best way to get those E notes is to use a piano. Another way, just as good, is to use another tuned guitar.
the piano and guitar chords are different because because guitar is stringed tht u pick annd strum and piano is key lol goodluk Guitar and Piano chords are played using the same series of notes but some of the notes will repeat on a guitar. ie. C major chord is compose of the 1st, 3rd, and 5th notes of the scale (C, E, & G) when played in the open position on a guitar the C & E notes repeat.
The conventional tuning for acoustic (and electric guitar) is (starting with the bass string): E A D G B E Apart from the G/B strings, you can get the next string note by holding the fifth fret of any string; so the note of the fifth fret of E is A, of A is D, of D is G.
Bass guitar strings are tuned to the same notes as the thickest four strings of an electric guitar, but they are tuned one octave lower. So, the same notes, but one octave "deeper".

Chords on the guitar are played by using your pick to play two notes or more simultaneously. The notes could be any notes that are possible to play on the guitar as long as they are played simultaneously.
It depends on how may frets the guitar has. Follow the link in the related links section to see the notes as they are in a standard tuning.
yes usually electric guitars go up to 22 frets some metal guitar go to 24 frets.
E a d g b e
This depends on the number of frets on the guitar. Because of the way the strings are tuned, if a guitar is in standard tuning it has 26 + the number of frets possible notes, so a 22 fret guitar would have 48 possible notes and a 24 fret guitar would have 50.
They are the notes played in unison on guitar when playing stewball

I love classical guitars but start electric for two reasons it's easier to play electric guitars because of the thinner strings , you can lower the strings to make it easier to play the notes as well Plus it's quieter , if noise is an issue this is big because classical guitars and acoustics in general are loud. If I play a chord in my room with an acoustic the whole apartment will hear it. they are about the same price so this is the good news. Learn guitar tabliture and keep your guitar in tune always and use 4 fingers from the beginning so that you can solo like the best.

it is an Electric Guitar that has only 4 strings. it plays notes much higher than those on a normal guitar. it is usually used to play the low base line of a song
