As the temperature goes up the oil pressure goes down because the oil thins out. It is possible that the increasing temperature which causes the 'temp' light to come on can thin the oil enough to cause the 'oil' light to come on also.

How is the weather linked to atmospheric pressure?

It is linked because if you have high atmospheric pressure it brings blue sunny skies. If you have low atmospheric pressure it bring clouds and rain.

What is the volume of 16 grams of O2 at STP?

See the Related Question linked the the left of this answer: = How do you solve an Ideal Gas Law problem? = Note that STP is standard temperature and pressure. Standard pressure is 1 atm, and standard temperature is 0 °C, which is 273.15 Kelvin.

How is peer pressure linked to conflict?

because conflict causes peer pressure

What is the use of Braided wires and hoses?

The cross linked braids of wire / fibre in a pipe are to reinforce the basic structure. These are mostly for pipes being used in high pressure or temperature use , where the pipes are flexible but need the reinforcement to hold together. The high pressure will tend to expand the pipe so the braids hold it together to sustain this impact of pressure + temperature.

What are vital sighns?

Technically, the physiological indicators of health. The four most referred to are pulse rate, body temperature, respiratory rate and blood pressure. A longer list is linked below.

What does hydrostatic-drive Mean?

a pump is driven by the engine of the machine and is linked to the speed set by the operator. It pumps a constant stream of high-pressure oil to the motor. Since the motor is linked to the drive wheels or tracks of the machine, it gives the machine its travel speed.

Proabably so on a certain pressure point linked to the bladder.

How are temperature and color in stars linked?

The hotter they are, the bluer they are, the cooler they are, the redder they are.

How are polymers cross-linked?

A fine question. The inventor of polyethylene had a dream in which he was surrounded by savages, and in their dance, they all linked arms. He remembered the dream in the morning, and from that point is was simple math and physics to calculate the temperature and pressure required to link the ethylene monomer. He worked for ICI at Northwich, England. This story aside, that is the general process for cross-linking, needs pressure, heat, and sometimes a catalyst.[As an aside, another who solved a problem in a dream was Singer who placed the eye of the needle at the 'front end' of the needle.]

Does a high pressure weather system cause low RH?

They're linked. High pressure is usually a result of air descending from on high, where its absolute humidity has to be low since its temperature is low. When the air descends it warms without gaining water vapor, so the relative humidity has to drop.

What blood vessel carries blood at high pressure and why?

Arteries carry blood at high pressure, simply because they are linked directly to the heart and lungs.

Is regular physical activity has been linked to high blood pressure?

No, there is a correlation between regular physical activity and its effects on lowering blood pressure

Why is it important to limit the amount of sodium in your diet?

Sodium is sometimes linked to high blood pressure.

What do wire gauges mean?

A wire gauge is a number that indicates how thick the wire is. A larger gauge number means a thinner wire. Gauge and diameter can be linked by looking up wire tables.

Molecules of a solid are?

They are linked together by outer orbit electron exchanges. Temperature effects these bonds.

Why efficiency of heat engine is more in winter as compare to summer?

Because a thermal engine efficiency is directly linked to the difference of the temperature of the gases involved .As the gasoline burns at a set temperature , the lower winter temp helps to widen the temp differential between the ignited gasoline and exaust. Unfortunatley the colder air is more dense and generate more drag than in summer , more than negating the increased engine efficiency. To put it in rough numbers , you may get 0.5% more engine efficiency but you lose some 4% more to extra drag.

How do steam trains travel?

By boling water, usually with coal or wood, thereby making steam that drove pistons under pressure. The pistons were attached to the drive wheels that were usually linked to 'freewheels' and the wheels drove the engine along the 'railway lines'

What did Mesopotamians use to show average temperature?

How are temperature and color linked?

Colour and temperature are linked internally The more you provide temperature the more the atom of that material gain energy and hence they emmit excessive energy in either visible spectrum of light or invisible spectrum in electromagnetic spectrum Example If we heat iron it glows bright red that is it radiates excessive energy in the form of red colour( as we percive)
