I have a ring that is stamped 18k gersc. The 18k GE stands for gold electroplate, the RSC stand for the makers name. And the stones in these are not real as a rule but just to be safe have it checked.
Not likely unless they are are really inexpensive stones (not diamonds, rubies, emeralds, etc). A ring can be Heavy Gold Electroplated with only a few cents worth of gold. If you are getting real gemstones, you should be getting solid gold.
yes if there is a diamond hallmark stamp on the ring
would the diamond in my ring be fake if the gold was hge
Essentially yes unless a person had a real mounted after purchase. Or if requested prior. Sorry.
is a 18k gersc is it really gold?

Gold plated stuff usually isn't worth sizing. Get some real gold

I'm pretty certain the "ge" stands for gold electroplate, which indicates that the item is NOT pure gold but 18k gold plating over a base metal (usually jewelers brass).
