Yes, there is child labour in the United States, however it is less common than in a 3rd world countries. For example, there are children working in agriculture (farms) where they work with harmful pesticides. A 1990 survey found that more than one third of Mexican American children working in the New York farms have been sprayed with pesticides. Furthermore, one is wrong if s/he thinks that child labour only happens in poor third world countries. Child labour, to a lesser degree, takes place in developed countries as well. (Information from UNICEF's "The State of the World's Children")

What majot events happened during Child Labor? When? Where?
No, see the link below for the US Dept. of Labor's state by state laws regarding child labor.
Every nation has child labor. Some regulate and discourage it. Even the US and CAnada do not prohibit it.
US companies do not use child labor illegally. Family businesses use their children legally.
yes the us had child labour because it separated all around the world
yes all over
It depends on the country where they use child labor, and what kind of rules the country has about it. If the laws don't let you use child labor then the company is using children illegally.
yes that is the main problem now of days
The FLSA outlawd most child labor in 1935, the depths of the Depression, to eliminate kids competing with adults for the few jobs available.
Yup :( sadly... US law prohibits child labor, and there is no evidence that Hershey violates that law where it applies.
