the swiss and ceramics are the most exspensive so they probably are the fastest but i would stick with ABEC 7 they work just as well

And for the people that don't know this, all Abec bearings are ranked with numbers so 1 is worst 2 is better than 1 and so on. Another fact is that the only Abec waterproof bearings are 7 or 5 I'm not that sure!
