No REGULAR polygon can have three right angles in it.

Any polygon with five or more sides CAN have three right angles,

as long as it's not regular.

What shape has three sides and all right angles?

A Triangle drawn accross a sphere; NOT on a plane surface.

Can a trapezoid have three right angles?

A trapezoid cannot have three right angles. If it did it would either need more than four sides, or it would be a rectangle or a square.

What shape has Three right angles and one acute angle and one obtuse angle?

you cannot make a regular shape which has 3 right angles only, you will always end up with 4 right angles

You are a parallelogram I have 1 right angle. What are you?

It is a rectangle. Reason: A parallelogram has opposite sides of same length. The same applies to a rectangle also with one more additional fact that all angles are right angles. It can't be a rhombus or square as both the closed figures have all sides of same length. And it is impossible to construct a four-sided figure with only one angle as right angle and opposite sided of same length. So,it is a rectangle. And all four angles are right angles It is a rectangle. What is the greatest number of obtuse angles that a right triangle can contain?

A right triangle cannot contain any obtuse angles. The right angle represents 90° and the total of all three angles must be 180°. There is only 90° left for the remaining two angles, so neither can be obtuse (greater than 90°).

How many right angles has a triangle?

As there are 180 degrees in every triangle, and you have to have three angles, you can only have one right angle.

What shape has 4 right angles 2 pairs of equal angles and only 2 right angles?

That's three different shapes: a rectangle, a rhombus and a trapezoid respectively.

What shape has an acute angle and three right angles?

No plane geometric figure can have one acute and three right angle only, at least two other angles must be included

If you have 4 sides you have only one pair of parallel sidesi have more than one right angle?

You can have two right angles and still be only a trapezoid. With three right angles then it would be a rectangle.

Can a trapezium have more than three right angles why?

No because it only has 4 sides

What shape only has 2 right angles?

a pentagon :) only has 2 right angles

Can a parallelogram have 5 right angles?

Do trapezoids have 3 right angles?

It doesn't have to, but it can. A trapezoid is any shape in which there is a pair of parallel sides. This means that a square can be classified as a trapezoid. But notice that a four-sided shape can never have ONLY three 90° angles. The sum of angles of a four-sided shape is 360--this means that if you have three 90° angles, then the remaining angle must be 360-3(90) which is 90°, giving you four right angles. * * * * * No you cannot. As indicated in the second paragraph of the above answer, three right angles implies that all four angles are right angles and that makes the figure a rectangle (or a square).
