Are there any laws in Florida against renting to illegal aliens?
I personally do not know but have a sisiter in Florida that owns a real estate company. E-mailed her just now, will find out Federal law as well as Florida law prohibits discrimination based on race or country origin. However, the law also REQUIRES that US citizens report illegal aliens to the authorities. There is no law prohibiting renting to an illegal, there IS a law stating that you have to report renting to an illegal alien. Hope this helps.
Why does the US Government not want to stop illegal aliens from coming into the US and bringing heroin in to sell to our younger generation?
There are many types of residents of the United States who are legally able to stay here, and as long as that's the case, yes, you may rent to a non-US Citizen. If you're asking about whether you can rent to an illegal alien of the US, the answer varies according to jurisdiction. I have not heard of any specific laws against renting to illegal aliens but I would suggest you check with you local…
No, being unlicensed is against the law in any state and being uninsured is against the law in most states, legal or illegal. If you're an illegal alien and you are found with no license or insurance you face charges like anybody else, and if they know you're illegal they can report you to immigration.
Many "illegal aliens" enter the US "legally" through the visitor or worker visa programs. However, many have no intention of returning to their native country when these temporary permits expire. Others enter "illegally" by crossing the US borders with Canada, Mexico, the Pacific coast, and the southeastern coasts in Florida and other states.
