Germany has only two Coastlines one on the north west to the North Sea and the other to the north on the Baltic Sea. Both Seas are a part of the North Atlantic.

Well technically Germany ISNT surrounded by oceans cause it is in Europe! ( Europe is a continent, not a island country like Australia or New Zealand) If you are talking about the ocean surrounding Europe it is North Atlantic Ocean but it dosent really surround it it is to the west of Europe.
