Riley from iron island. Firget that answer! Go to snowpoint city, travel south onto route 217-216 and look around there for a trainer. It is either an ace trainer or a skier or hiker. join him on his quest to get out of the cave. at the end of the cave he will ask you if
you want an egg say yes if you have enough space in your party once that's done
ride around for a while and the egg will hatch into riolu if you want to evolve
it you`ll need a whole lot of leppa berrys you will need to give him all the ones you
need then level him up between 8am and 8pm
or you can go to oreburg city head west into the cave go up the opening use rock smash follow the path then use surf downwards all the way until you hit the wall then go west again and you will see a bald lady then talk to her

In Pokemon Diamond and Pearl the only way to get/see Riolu is in an egg. You can get the Riolu egg from Riley in Iron Island.
