Around 90.

The reason I say "around 90" is that some of them are radioactive with short half-lives, so they only exist on a transient basis. If you count those, it's a bit more, if you don't, it's a bit less.

No. In any way not here on earth.

In principle there are an unlimited amount of elements (just keep adding the pro/neutrons) but 99 percent of those would collapse immediately and start degenerating into lighter ones, while radiating.
