Questions which are based on a simple division of the human race into two groups are essentially flawed. No easy division of the human race into "back" and "white" exists. The terms generally come down to "people who are not like me and those that are". This comes down to there's one of me and everybody else in the second group.

Because there can be no definitive classification of races, it is impossible to answer. Those traditionally identified as "blacks" make up the majority in central and southern African countries, and some locations in Latin America and the Caribbean, but elsewhere (especially Asia) are still a minority.
