there still are groups out there that consider themselves the KKK and practive similare activities and beliefs. however, im pretty sure that it is illegal now and if they get caught they could get in a lot of trouble with the law

∙ 14y agoYes. The Klan still exists, although its membership is considerably smaller than it was at its height (post civil war and resurgent in the 1920s and 1930s). The Klan is sometimes associated with other racist groups like skinheads and christian identity groups.
