Two Terms
Two terms for all post-1990 Governor's. Anyone who held the office before this time, even if they held if for two terms already, can still run and be elected to the office of Governor for another two-terms.
Im unsure but i think a Governor terms are infinite but if wrong i think 3 or 4

New York does not have term limits on the office of Governor.
I have seen threads that claim that if he was governor prior to 1990 (when term limits were installed) then he can run again. However, The California Constitution does not have a provision that allows Governors prior to 1990 to run for more than two terms. The language is not there, this does not necessarily mean that he can or cannot run.

It is a four year term and is not subject to term limits.
