You can go to americanbaby.com or babycenter.com and they have an ovulation calculator.

My parents tried for me for five years. Finally, the doctor told them that they needed to both be very relaxed. I suggest listening to relaxation tapes or taking a vacation. Also, depending on how long your cycle is, you should at least wait until the middle. There is only a four day window where you have a chance of getting pregnant. The sperm (they only live for about 72 hours) only has 12-24 hours after ovulation. Then, the egg drops and gets prepared to shed with the lining. Good luck with everything.

Firstly, my advise would be to visit your gyno/doctor if you don't already have regular pap smears.

Secondly, try and have intercourse between days 12-18 after the first day of your last menstrual period. This is when you are most likely to ovulate. If you are unsure, you can buy ovulation kits from the chemist/supermarket.

Keep a diary of all your menstrual dates and ovulation dates, as some women experience short luteal phases. If this is the case then progrestrone supplements can help.

If you haven't been able to fall pregnant within 6 months, then go back to your gyno to seek further assistance. You may need a check up of your uterus to see if there is any abnormalities.

Good luck

I agree - count 14 days after the first day of your last period. Start trying on day 10 and finish trying on day 18. Stress can screw up ovulation - so keep your mind preoccupied with something else, and relax. Dont try and it will happen.

It's possible, but minimal.

AnswerNo, it will not.AnswerIf you are overweight (either partner) and are having trouble conceiving, your doctor may well suggest that you try and lose some weight, as this will increase your overall health and fitness and improve your chances of conception. However, if you're already the correct weight or underweight, losing more weight is likely to make you less able to conceive

A couple has a 25% chance every month to conceive if everything is perfect. There are many ways to increase chances of conception. First you should time ovulation. There are several ways to do this and I have provided a link down below with directions. Second, you and your husband could start taking herbal fertility supplements. This can greatly increase your chances of conception. Again, I have added a link down below with information on this. Third, you should be certain that you have intercourse when you are certain that you are ovulating. It can take up to a year for some couples to become pregnant. So, don't lose faith and just keep trying.

Yes it is still possible but it reduces the chances of it occurring
