I think you know that you are a bit overweight. Take more exercise, even walking works, and cut back on the 'Cs', cakes, candy, cookies and chips, eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and drink water rather than sodas. You probably still have some growing to do and you will find that if you eat healthily and exercise you will grow up not out and you will be fitter. Good luck
