Are zoos good for tigers to breed in?

it is a matter of opinion.

keeping tigers in captivity for breeding purposes has benefits because breeding, pregnancy, and birth can be controlled to produce healthy cubs, and they can be looked after properly without any of the dangers of nature.

the disadvantages are that by breeding tigers in captivity, they grow up unaccustomed to the wild, so if they were put into the wild they may not be able to hunt properly, and survive on their own.

so by breeding tigers in a zoo you could improve worldwide numbers of tigers and have lots of healthy cubs, but the disadvantage would be that keeping the parents and cubs to grow up in a zoo, that is how they will learn to live and not be able to live independently in he wild.

i hope that answers your question :)
