At age 12 do you have have pubic hair?

Well I am 12 and I already have Pubic Hair, Stomach Hair and Chest Hair (and in various other places) but my friend who is 13 has no pubes at all. So it can also be based on the testosterone levels in your body

The first pubic hair appears as a few sparse hairs on the scrotum or at the upper base of the penis. Within a year, hairs around the base of the penis are numerous. Within 3 to 4 years, hair fills the pubic area and becomes much thicker and darker, and by 5 years extends to the near thighs and upwards on the abdomen toward the umbilicus.

It is normal to have hairs coming out of the shaft of penis, particularly near the base of the penis, but you can have a few stray all the up near the top of the shaft. To see what it can look like see link below.

Pubic hair is known as a secondary sexual feature. But you'll never have much hair on your penis - in the pubic area, yes - on the scrotum, yes, but on the penis - essentially none.

This feature will occur around puberty - which depends on nutrition and heredity.

You can, puberty comes at many different times for guys, some get pubic hair at 13, maybe 15 or even 11. So don't worry your becoming a man lol

Well it depends on how big you are and what age and when u hit puberty. It is quite common to start growing hair at this age though
