The measurement of the waist depends on the persons orther proportions, their height and their weight. The average ideal waist size of a healthy 14 year old girl is between 24" and 32", depending. The real trick is to eat healthily (and DO NOT DIET). You must have to NOT eat horrible, fatty packaged junk food and fast food. And you must excercise at least 30-40 minutes daily.

Im 14 and my waist is 26 and my hips 35, i'd say that everyone comes in all diffrent shapes and sizes some girls have a big waist and hips some don't, it all depends on your jeans, personally i don't think it matters.

Do you mean height or penis size? There is a lot of variation at 14 because some boys will not have begun puberty yet, others will have recently started puberty and others will have been undergoing puberty for a few years. The average height at 14 for a boy is 5ft 4inch to 5 ft 7 inch although many boys will be taller or shorter than this. The average length for a 14 year old boy's erect penis is probably 3 to 4 inches but remember that this is also just an average and some boys will have smaller or longer penises than this. Also remember that at 14 you are unlikely to have finished going through puberty so it is likely that both your height and your penis will continue to grow for some time to come.
