The normal fetal heart rate is 110-160. A constantly high baby heart rate is typically associated with an elevated temperature in with the Mom. That being said a baby's heart rate can and should go about this range periodically if it is healthy. If you have a temperature you should consult your physician immediately to rule out harm to the baby.
