We live in Northern NY, about a half hour from the Canadian border. As of a few days ago, I didn't know they had an enemy, but yesterday over our lake, I watched an osprey repeatedly attack a beautiful American Bald Eagle! They locked talons a few times, and then as the eagle was leaving the territory, the osprey took one more swipe at him and caused serious damage to his left wing!
It was very sad to see as he was struggling to fly back to his lake which is about a half mile from here. He flew very erratic, and I'm not sure if he even made it.
So I would say the osprey is a definite enemy of the eagle.
The bald eagle has very few known predators. Humans are the top predator, followed by other bald eagles, raccoons, and the occasional great horned owl.
