No it dont! when u beat u can continue ur game and find all the hidden riddler challenges. Their's also no enemy's so u can find everything pretty fast.

∙ 13y agoYou are able to roam the Arkham island freely in order to locate all of the riddle trophies, Arkham Diaries, and character bios. Unfortunately, full completion (100%) of the game earns you nothing spectacular. The only thing you get is the option to select the armored suit Batman for the challenges.

∙ 11y agoyou get loads of concept art and 3D character models depending on which system youre talking about ive only experienced the 360 completion and thats what i got. Dont expect any special items or new suits. And of course you get an achievement for Xbox or a Trophy for PS3

The Riddler will communicate with you and fuss about how that there's no way that you could have solved all his puzzles, then you'll hear police sirens approaching the Riddler's hideout. The police will break into the hideout and arrest Riddler.
Fortunately, you'll be able to hear the whole thing happen
