Been trying to conceive for 7 mths now my last period was July 24th but I'm having severe cramps like period cramps but 10 times worse and my period is not due until 2 weeks What does this mean?

you could have infection, you need to see a doctor ASAP, that way you will be sure if there is something wrong.
