AWFUL!!!!!!!! Marijuana breaks down the fat in the milk. So, your baby would be drinking very low fat, un-nutritional milk. Don't do that to the baby. If you do smoke, pump the milk out for 24 hours and throw it away. Baby should not consume that contaminated milk. And think about this, substances that are mind-altering for you, can be TOXIC for your baby. This could cause unseen damage to baby's young system.

∙ 13y agoYES! The THC from cannabis is excreted in your breast milk and passed along to your baby, so in effect you are getting your baby "high" on THC (cannabis) whilst breast feeding. Either quit smoking/eating cannabis or start bottle feeding your baby formula.
