Any problems with switching from 30mg of percocet to 30mg of morphine?

There's no such thing as a 750MG percocet. A 5/500mg percocet has only 5mg of narcotic, and 500mg of Tylenol. The 750mg you are refering to is the amount of Tylenol in the percocet, not the amount of narcotic.
However, morphine and percocet can be mixed at low doses. I just want to add that yes there is an es form of percocet called ultracet.

∙ 13y agoOxycodone (percs) is around 1.5 times stronger than morphine especially taken by mouth so you will need around 45mg. of morphine to egual the 30mg. of oxycodone.

They would have to order an extended opiate panel to test for synthetic opiates such as oxycodone and hydrocodone.
