yes! i have been on concerta for awhile and i used to love it but... it gave me euphoria and no paranoia. now theres less euphoria and A LOT of paranoia: i walk outside to smoke a cigarette and i keep thinking that when a bug flies near me its trying to bite/sting me. and i get way more freaked out than i do when not on concerta
alcohol can affect the liver by making the liver work harder. It also poisons the liver which can cause you to die. It causes the formation of fat in the liver, which can eventually cause tissue death, scarring (cirrhosis) and total loss of liver function. At that point you get a transplant, or you die. Incidentally, active alcoholics are not considered candidates for transplants.
