A suspended ceiling, also known as a drop ceiling, looks like large tiles. These tiles are placed on top of a metal track that connects them. This is a popular ceiling type because it is quick and easy to install.
the mf in mf ceiling stands for ,metal furring
It would depend on the type of ceiling that is being installed. Ask a more specific question, like "How do you install a suspended ceiling?", or "How do you install a drywall ceiling in a basement?"...something along those lines.

A ceiling partition is a track on the ceiling that may have a metal or wooden wall fitting into it. This divides a room by the ceiling support.
One of the main elements in modern architecture and construction is the ceiling panel. Ceiling panels are usually part of a dropped ceiling or secondary ceiling that is hung below the structural ceiling. A dropped ceiling is often called a false or suspended ceiling. The area between the ceiling panels and the structured ceiling is normally used for heating and air-conditioning duct work and to conceal wiring and pipes. The suspended ceiling was originally designed to hide the underside of a floor as well as to provide acoustical balance in a room.Metal channels in the ceiling grid work are shaped like an upside down “T” and these channels hold ceiling panels in place. The grid work is suspended with wires that are attached to the main ceiling. The metal channels snap together in a regular pattern of 4x4 or 2x2 foot grids. Ceiling panels come in different colors, materials, and sizes. Mineral fibers as well as wood, plastic, and metal ceiling panels are used for commercial as well as residential construction. Light fixtures, HVAC air grills, sprinklers, speakers, and other ceiling fixtures can be placed in the ceiling panels. Some panels are made to conform to other fixtures so installation is faster and more cost effective.Ceiling panels can transform the look of any room thanks to the modern materials and the colors available for do-it-yourself projects. For a minimum investment the ceiling in a basement or any room can converted to useable living space when ceiling panels are incorporated in the remodeling plans. Ceiling panels offer easy access to any wiring or plumbing issues which reduces maintenance costs. Suspended ceiling panels can be replaced from time to time using the same grid work. The major disadvantage in installing modern ceiling panels is the reduction of head space, but most renovation projects take that fact into consideration and adjust the grid height so the ceiling is seven or eight feet above the floor. Most of the modern ceiling panels come with new grid shapes and edge molding that create a seamless pattern so the height of the ceiling is not as much of an issue as it was twenty years ago.
The green ground wire should be attached directly to the junction box. That is the metal housing where the house wires enter the outlet.
The best I have found is JB Weld.
If you are referring to any metal particles suspended in water I believe the term you are looking for is Colloidal. For example.... Colloidal Silver is silver particles suspended in water.
The metal floor is one conductor. The other is the metal ceiling. Unless he touches the floor AND the ceiling at the same time, there is no path for the current to flow.
it is generally safe to use metal lampshades for ceiling lights as long as they are properly wired and installed according to the manufacturer's instructions and recommended usage.
To attach a metal comb to a veil using Velcro you would need the Velcro on the band of the headpiece and then use a good glue from a craft shop such as 'Michael's Crafts' and use one-sided Velcro (one side smooth) and use the glue on that side to attach to the metal. Be sure to read the label of the glue to be sure it will stick to metal.
