walking is a good way but i suggest running because it can burn of the fat alot quicker also walking can help but even alot of walking you could only loss a tiny amount whereas running alot for a long period of time would increase the chances of you losing alot of weight in a short period of time. I also suggest eating alot less :)

Walk is a great form of exercise. Walking is low impact and is more gental on your knees then running. If you are able to walk fast you will get a great cardiovascular workout and may even lose wieght.
