Muslim cannot eat chicken cut by non-muslim because they dont say BISMILLAH... and if they say , then they only say , they dont mean (meaning of BISMILLAH...). And every HALAL animal which is not cut after saying a meaning full BISMILLAH... is totaly haram. So we should not eat any animal cut by non-muslim.
