I applied through the online application for Visa during my tour time. However, in both the cases you need to know about the documents you may require for getting the process peacefully completed. Documents required for applying Visa

• One passport sized current photo of the applicant,
• Completed application form,
• Original passport with at least 6 month validity from the date of leaving country for Vietnam.
• Visa fee to be paid by certified check or by money order,
• Prepaid self-addressed return envelope, endorsed/prepaid with by FedEx or Priority Courier Indian Post with tracking number.
