Answer . \nUnless they have their own insurance or are on your insurance, it's illegal for them to drive. Please don't let that happen. If they get into a wreck (Assuming you're the parent/legal guardian). YOU become liable for damages. Not the minor in question.
Answer . It could be that the ABS has been engaged. The release for it is usually a small "slider" tyoe switch on the shift console.
Answer . The age at which a person may obtain employment differs by locality, but is largely governed by the federal child-labor laws. Many minors may obtain employment with an amenable employer by obtaining a work permit with parental approval. It is my understanding that this requires the em…ployer to affirm in writing that the job exists, and that they will not exceed the permissible number of hours for the minor, or the number of days, or interfere with school; and, the anticipated pay-rate may be spelled out. Once all of the concerned parties are in agreement and the application is signed, the county clerk of the county in which the business is located can issue the permit FOR THAT EMPLOYER, FOR THAT EMPLOYEE, UNDER THE TERMS LISTED, AS APPROVED. Several copies are usually made, one of which is kept in the employer's files. This is, as best I can remember, the basic outline of how things are handled. Hope it helps. jb ( Full Answer )
Who is responsible if a 16-year-old driving someone else's car hit and severely damaged your vehicle which was legally parked?
Answer . It depends.... If the girl that hit your car has car insurance that covers her while driving another persons vehicle, go after her and her insurance company. But if not, go after the owner of the vehicle, they are responsible for the vehicle at all times. The insurance company doesnt ca…re who is driving. ( Full Answer )
Your car might kick when you shift from park to drive if yourtransmission fluid is low or very dirty. You might also have worngears in the transmission.
no you have to be 18. 18 and for insurance purposes only ( like the car is in the body shop) other wise you must be 21 and can only rent up to a 'full size' car (like a Chevy impala)... 25 years of age and you can rent an SUV or bigger.
If you own the car or are leasing it, then he can- but you'd wantto make sure he has insurance of his own. If you are renting thecar, then he cannot. They must be 21 and on the contract as anapproved driver, which may incur additional fees.
The owner of the parked car is at fault if they open their doorinto traffic. Their insurance should pay for the damages to thedriving car.
It is possible for a minor to receive a learner's permit at the ageof 15 and 1/2. At 16 years, they can get a limited license and afull license at the age of 17.
This question is incomplete. I will assume you want to know that if your car is parked illegally and someone drives into your door, whose fault is the accident.. A driver's is presumed to be in control of his car at all times while operating it. In other words, if you are tooling down the street an…d you see a car stalled (or parked) in the middle of an intersection ahead of you and the light turns green for you at the same time, you don't get a freebie to go smash it just because you had the green light (right of way).. Now, if it was illegal to park your car in a specific location just because no reasonable person (another driver) could see it in time to prevent an accident, that would most likely be the fault of the person who parked the car there.. Another possible scenario you could be asking about is if you are parked legally and you open your door into the lane of traffic, where it is struck by another vehicle, whose fault is that? In that case you still revert to the reasonable person standard. It is generally presumed that no one will open his car door into a lane of active traffic if a reasonable and vigilant person would would expect it would cause an accident making it the fault of the occupant of the car who opened the door into traffic. On the other hand, if the car door is opened and remains open for so long that "lane vigilance" is established and another reasonble person/driver could have braked or turned out of the impending collision, then the accident would most likely be their fault.. I hope that helps. ( Full Answer )
Depends on the rules of the Golf Course you are playing at. Most in my area require you to be at least 16.
What if a 19 year old is asked by friend to drive friend's car she hits parked car also told friend she c ouldn't drive SUV but friend insisted she drive car who's legally responsible for fixing car?
The owner of the vehicle gave permission for the friend to drive it. Insurance should cover the damage, but if it doesn't, the driver needs to ante up. She always could have said no to driving. If the accident was caused by intoxication, there may also be other consequences.

With a learner's permit or a valid driver's license, yes. You would need to find out the laws for your location on what age you would be allowed to have a permit or license.
Check your joints, universal, CV ect that is likely your problem. Like people, when cars joints wear out they dont work properly.
It matters what state, but 15 is very low possibly in the Mid-West you can get a permit at 15 . In Florida you can drive at 15 with a special permit and you have to have a licensed driver in the car when you drive. You also are limited to daylight driving hours I believe other states have simila…r provisions. ( Full Answer )

Yes, but with an adult in the car (someone that is 25 years of age or older). Not by yourself.
Will cars be sustainable in 12 years? We can't tell the future. We will just have to wait 12 years and find out.
A fifteen year old will say yes. It might well be that one or twoindividuals are capable without supervision, but road law iswritten for the general population where the answer is an emphaticNO.
Sure they can. But for it to be legal thay need to hold driver's licences, then there's a question about what the insurance agreement for that vehicle says.
Depends how long you leave them. If it's for a short time then no problem, leaving them overnight is a diffent thing entirely.
16 and up in most places. 15 you may drive with a permit, meaning you must have an adult (18 or older) with you. 18 years old
it is possible that they know HOW to drive a car, but they cannot get a license until they are 16, should they drive without a license there will be a huge fine because it is highly illegal to drive without a license and insurance.
No she cannot. A rental car service will not allow it unless she is 21. ANSWER: Most Car Hire Companies (or Rental Companies) have strict regulations regarding who is permitted to drive a vehicle. In most cases, all drivers must be licensed and over the age of 25. A rental requires that the cre…dit card used belongs to the driver. This has come about as a result of numerous cases where parents either deliberately or innocently obfuscated the facts regarding the rental of a vehicle, using their credit card for their son or daughter to rent a car. These acts have resulted in profound consequences. The individual who hires a vehicle and the individual whose name is on that credit card is the liable party for any and all consequences of that rental. That is extended to acts of damage to the vehicle, property of others, and even injuries to people and animals, including perpetual medical care and liabilities due to death and dismemberment of third parties. Innocent and well-intentioned parents, who had the highest confidence in their mature son or daughter, going on Spring Break, who handed over their credit card to the young adult to use, with their permission, but ended up in accidents involving write-offs of multiple vehicles, loss of limbs of passengers in other vehicles, and the death of a pedestrian adult and infant, found their insurance was invalid due to exclusionary clauses in the rental agreement, regarding driver validity and misrepresentations, found themselves in the throes of bankruptcy and the loss of their home as a result of contravening rental regulations. The rules and regulations are well founded and based upon numerous factual (and often sad) case histories. The logic a rental company uses in rental agreements is validated when you visualise the scenario which may be applied to a teenager taking control of an expensive vehicle, without appropriate supervision and guidance. On a more positive note: Depending on the city you envisage, there are reasonably priced services where your daughter can be transported via a car-service, wherever she chooses, during a set time period. These facilities are sometimes extensions of traditional taxi services. Or they may be promoted as Professional Driver Services. These agreements do not include limousines or flash vehicles, but more traditional, nondescript, sedan vehicles. Speak with a number of local taxi services to enquire, or even possibly to a car rental company. Again, it does vary between countries and state, city, town, and municipalities. ( Full Answer )
Without knowing the municipality, there is no way to answer this question. Check your local state laws.
no it's not legal in India below18 Added; (in the US) minors cannot legally 'own" property and no state allows drivers that young to legally operate on the public roads
no. You have to have ether your learners permit, or you have to have a licence. 11 year olds can drive a dune buggy though. Sorry if i let you down.
In the United States of America a 10 year old cannot legally drive a car on a public way, but on private property if the 10 year old can comfortably reach all the controls and see the front of the vehicle out of the windshield, approximately 4'10" tall, they could drive a vehicle. A license to dr…ive a vehicle on the public road is actually a certificate stating that you will obey all the laws of the public roads and pay all due regulations to do so, such as all fee's fuel and excise taxes. CAN - usually, yes. Most parking brakes are a lot weaker thanthe driving brakes, as they are only meant to stop the car fromrolling away by itself. . To see what happens, look at the related question.
sounds like something in the drive line has come loose or worn out it just may be a bad tire good luck. get some one to fallow you drive it and look for something shaking if you have rear wheel drive its probably a u joint.
Yes as long as it has been cared for. The antifreeze must be able to with stand the temps of cold, the battery should be charged before trying to re start it. you should also leave it with almost little gas while its parked and pour some of the water remover in it. when you finally go to start it pu…t some good gas in it. Other than that it would always be a good idea to start it every once in a while. ( Full Answer )
It depends on what state you live in. In Alaska, you only need to be 14. In most states, you must be 15 and a half (to the day) or 15 and 8 months. A few states have actually made a new law stating you have to be 18. Just check on a DMV website for your state i guess.
1st of all does this 18 yr old have a driver's license, learner's permit, temporary driver's license(TDL)(also can be called a "provisional driver's license") or NONE OF THE ABOVE(TDL, reg. license, permit). If the 18 year old has had their license(official, hard-copy) for 1 whole year then that per…son can drive as an adult(meaning that person is treated as a normal driver). If the person is 18 yrs of age or older then that person should be able to drive whenever, including the hours of 12am-4am. For more information visit your local DMV or the County's Police Station for the official rules and laws of where you live and other certain variables. ( Full Answer )
A three year old lacks the required physical and mental abilities needed to drive a car, plus they can't reach the pedals.
Age doesn't really matter, it's just that some old age related ailments that some get impair their ability.
at least 16 or when you get you permit when you get your permit you can not drive with anyone but your parents.
How can you help your sister make money when she is 12 years old and you are not allowed to drive a car until im 18?
You can give her chores to do around the house such as tiding your room or simple easy stuff like that. I'm 12 and i'm thinking of going to a restaurant and asking for a job of handing out leaflets. My friend does that and gets £9 an hour! Hope that helps. ;)
It doesn't matter. The condition of the car and milege is moreimportant than the age. A 12 year old car may be a much better buythan a 10 year old car.
As a proper job no but if it's just charity fundraising or something then yeah ofc
Yes they can. All you have to do to allow them to do this is to call your insurance company or agency and give them the persons drivers licensing information, date of birth, and add them as a driver on your policy.
