Depends upon what state you did it in (the "age of consent"). I live in Massachusetts where the age of consent is 16. Southern states tend to have lower ages though, some as young as 12. Check your local laws.

No. A 15 year old girl is below the age of consent ( some states have the age at 16 and others 18.) The 18 year old is an adult male ( not a boy) so any sexual relationship with a 15 year old minor is illegal and he can be charged with rape.
