Check out this website from the "Justice for Children and Youth"; it appears you can move out at age 16 and there is also a toll-free number in Toronto (1-888-999-5329) you can call to confirm. address: http://www.jfcy.org/age/milestone.html You also may be able to get free legal council through your local Minisitry of Social Services or Children & Families. Good luck Malcolm
For one thing, male or female at fifteen, should never be alone, no matter how responsible they may seem. They usually have no job, have no home, and they usually will get into drugs, unprotected sex, and more. It seems overexaggerated, but that is what most likely will happen because they can be easily tempted into a situation, no matter how strong they may seem. Parents, never let your child move out at fifteen. I am fourteen, and would never move out this early!
I don't believe so... I tried but my parents just got the police after me... They would consider it a runaway. I understand though :)
No, they cannot move at age 16. They will have to wait until they are 18 or have permission.
yes

With parental consent 16 and without parental consent 18. The laws differ slightly in the different states though. If you are below 16 you can marry in some of them with the courts consent.

Nowhere in the US without parental consent. There are states where you can with parental consent.

If the minor is in public they are fair game.
