To enroll in any school you need to have your parents signature, so if your parents aren't with you you will need to have a guardian sign.

That depends upon the policy of the school district. It will at the very least require the adult(s) with whom the minor lives to have a notarized document from the parents giving them permission to oversee the minor's affairs but generally a permanent custodial order from the court is necessary.
usually parents will either enroll their students in the fall for next years school season or they will do it in the spring for highschools. That is in california where i live.
